The Label Edition is a unique fashion brand. True to its innovative spirit in garment design, it also strives to be a leader in the digital space. To achieve this, we developed a comprehensive 360-degree strategy that encompassed everything from paid media campaigns and web optimization to a complete overhaul of the site’s theme and the automation of its email marketing workflows.
Our main challenge was modernizing their online store's theme. We migrated to a native Shopify template—offering better integration and advanced functionality—that aligns more closely with the brand's expressive identity. The previous theme required implementing multiple features via custom code, which not only slowed down navigation but also negatively impacted the user experience. With the new version, the website finally reflects The Label Edition's modern, irreverent style, seamlessly connecting the brand's essence with the customer shopping experience.

Revamping the web experience
We completely revamped The Label Edition’s online store, focusing on functionality and design. Our strategy included:
- A theme update and app optimization (modernizing the design and improving the technical structure);
- Menu reorganization and collection simplification (creating clearer, more intuitive user navigation);
- The implementation of new features (adding key apps like pre-order and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities);
- Dynamic visual content (combining high-quality photography with editorial videos to achieve an elegant look that also drives conversions).

Positioning and Paid Media Improvements
Multichannel growth strategy:
- After analyzing the brand's impact across various markets, we determined that the next step was to expand our performance channels. Consequently, in addition to Meta Ads campaigns, we incorporated Google Ads to scale sales and reach a broader audience.
- Email marketing automation: We implemented new automated email flows designed to recover abandoned carts and purchases.
- Strengthening brand authority: We created new sections—such as a press and publications area—to solidify the brand's credibility.
- Meta Ads creative strategy: We developed a new creative approach for the ads, aiming to increase their effectiveness.
Results obtained
The results did not take long to appear. In just a few weeks, we achieved a 117% increase in sales compared to the same period the previous year, a 39% rise in visits, and a 56% increase in the conversion rate.
These improvements solidified the brand's presence and optimized the online shopping experience, laying the foundation for solid, sustained long-term growth.
