In this case, the Teipe Digital team was in charge of redesigning the website, creating a browsing experience that emulates shopping in a physical store. In the past, the collections did not reflect user behavior, which generated long product searches and therefore a high abandonment rate. An important job has been done to capture the modern and contemporary woman in each of the products, thus creating a connection between their social networks and their online store.
After making all the changes to the website and starting performance campaigns on different digital channels, we have achieved: ROAS of 3%. 71% increase in sessions in the online store Increase in the rate of Returning Customers to 18% Opening markets in different countries in Europe, the United States and Latin America. With these changes visible just two months after implementing the changes and actions, the future of this brand looks bright!
